After the old carpet was pulled up, the floor was scraped and ground.
They used DRYLOK® E1 1‑Part Epoxy Floor Paint 28413 tint base. Each wing or age-specific area was coated in a different, fun, custom-tinted color. The total surface coverage was estimated at 15,000 sq. ft.
After the second coat, third party decorative flakes were added to the surface. To seal them in, we recommended using either DRYLOK® Concrete Protector with SaltLok® Technology or DRYLOK® WetLook High Gloss Sealer. Adding a sealer will make cleaning easier and create more sheen, without making it slippery.
